Seeker and Interaction Information

• Viewing and short-let bookings

• Referral relationships

Verification and Trust Information

• Identity documents submitted for verification

3. How We Use Information

4. Public Listings and Profiles

Where an Advertiser publishes a Listing, the following information may become visible to the public and appear in search engines:

• Property title, description, and photos
• Suburb, city, and (where enabled) map location
• Price, rent, or nightly rate
• Advertiser display name, verification badge, and avatar
• Aggregate reviews and ratings

Direct contact details for advertisers may be gated behind a paid or free unlock and are not indexed publicly.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Service Providers

• Cloud hosting and database providers
• Payment processors (including Paynow)
• SMS, email, and WhatsApp providers
• Identity verification providers
• Mapping and geolocation providers
• AI service providers
• Analytics providers

Other Users

Information you choose to share via Listings, messages, reviews, inquiries, and public profile fields is visible to the users you interact with, subject to Platform controls.

Legal Authorities

Where required by law, court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, security monitoring, audit logging, and password protection. No electronic system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

• For the duration of an active account
• For a reasonable period after account closure, for legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes
• As required by applicable law

Aggregated and anonymised data derived from Listings and usage may be retained indefinitely for analytics and market reporting.

8. User Responsibilities

• Obtain any consents required to publish photos, addresses, or contact details of third parties.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Report suspected unauthorised access to your account.

9. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve functionality, analyse usage, and enhance security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

10. International Data Transfers

Information may be stored or processed in data centres located outside Zimbabwe. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

The Platform is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
