How it works

Register with email or Google at /auth. Forgot your password? Use /reset-password.

Fill in your profile — name, phone, WhatsApp, bio, avatar. Tick diaspora mode to see USD-only listings and remote-viewing options.

Upload your ID, a selfie, and proof of address at /verify. Once approved you get a verified badge, higher search ranking, and access to the "Verified only" filter.

Verified users win more inquiries — it's the single biggest thing you can do.

Rent and Buy both let you filter by city, suburb, street, category, room count, and price range. Toggle "Verified only" to show trusted advertisers.

Try the microphone for voice search, switch to Map view for pin browsing, or explore agents and their live listings.

Every listing shows photos, price (toggle USD/ZWL), rooms, amenities, walk score, schools, transit, price history, and reviews.

From here you can save, compare, inquire, book a viewing, and — where available — book a short-let stay. Some contact numbers require an unlock (paid with credits).

Tap the heart on any listing to save it to /saved. Tick the compare box to add up to 4 listings, then open /compare for a side-by-side view.

Save any search as an alert at /alerts — choose instant, daily, or weekly, and delivery by in-app inbox, email, or WhatsApp.

Your Inbox (bell icon) shows every match, reply, booking confirmation, and receipt in real time.

Every inquiry opens a chat at /messages. You can attach images, see typing indicators, and jump straight to WhatsApp.

Advertisers see incoming leads at /inquiries.

Book a viewing from the property page — it lands in the advertiser's calendar and appears in your /bookings.

For short-let properties, book by night at the listing; your reservation shows in /short-let-bookings.

Go to Post property. You'll add basics, location (drag the map pin), details, pricing, photos, video, and availability.

Use the mic to dictate a description, let the AI assistant polish it, and watch your completeness score climb. Higher scores rank higher in search.

Listings enter review before going live; you can still promote them straight away.

/dashboard is home base for landlords and agents — active listings, pending approvals, weekly inquiries, response times, viewings, and revenue.

Every inquiry becomes a card in /crm. Drag through New → Contacted → Viewing → Offer → Closed, add private notes, and watch your conversion rate.

Invite colleagues at /team, assign roles, and route listings to specific agents. Their profiles show only their own stock.

Record real stays at /tenancies. When the tenancy ends, both sides can rate each other — the score feeds into your profile and the agent leaderboard.

Top up credits or pick a listing package at /credits. Pay with EcoCash, ZIPIT, USD wallet, or card via Paynow.

Credits are used to unlock premium contacts and to promote listings (feature, top-of-search, homepage).

For extra safety, deposits can be held at /escrows. Funds only release when both landlord and tenant confirm move-in. Disputes are reviewed by our team.

Share your code from /referrals. When your friends sign up and get active, you both earn credits.

On your own property page you can set visibility to Public (in search), Pocket (link only — great for private previews), or Private (hidden entirely).
